Matt Santangelo
Matt Santangelo joined America's Choice as Chief Sales Officer following the merger of his own agency, East Coast Senior Plans, where he spent 15 years leading a team of 30 independent field agents. He has built his career selling Medicare insurance across New York, New Jersey, and Florida, specializing in the senior market — including Medicare Supplement, Medicare Advantage, and Part D prescription drug plans — throughout the Metropolitan New York area. Before entering the insurance industry, Matt spent 18 years as an account executive, equity trader, and president/owner of a consumer debt solutions company. A Flushing native, he holds a business degree from St. John's University in Queens, New York.
Arthur Cruz
For the past ten years, Arthur Cruz has been helping people find Medicare coverage they can count on — a path that began when his father's kidney failure diagnosis led to an overwhelming, confusing Medicare enrollment. Arthur has a gift for breaking down complicated concepts into simple terms, working closely with doctors' offices, pharmacies, and community organizations to make sure the people he serves find coverage that truly fits their lives. Outside of work, he's usually planning his next hike or trip abroad.
